Payments

All payments to be made in either cash or credit card. A 50% deposit will be taken for any bookings or rentals with the full payment required before or upon arrival. Invoices and receipts will be provided upon request.

Guest Rules

Guests are expected to be courteous to other guests, staff and guides here at the Rena Fishcamp as well as to the community while visiting. The Rena Fishcamp reserves the right to terminate any stay here at the lodge if guests do not cooperate with these guidelines.

Cancellation

Please reach out as soon as you can to cancel your trip. With a short season it’s crucial for our team to make arrangements based upon expected occupancy.

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, no charges
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, 50 % of stay will be charged
Cancellation later than 7 days or no show will be charged in full

Rental Rules

All guests are expected to care for our equipment as if it was there own. Renters are responsible for any loss or damage and will be charged accordingly with any incidentals while under their care.

Lodge Rules

Check out by 13.00 Check in after 16.00 but we can be flexible, so please don’t hesitate to reach out for any questions.

Pets are only allowed in the apartment booking. The unit has to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Unable to do so there will be an extra fee charged.

Fly Shop Rules

The fly shop will be open during regular operation hours and will do its best to cater to your needs while you are a guest here at the Rena Fishcamp. Please be courteous to the staff and please note that any theft from the fly shop will not be tolerated.
